Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: All orders come with free shipping across India.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, while remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
  • Tracking Details: You will receive tracking information via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Charges for Exchanges: Free shipping applies only to initial orders. For size exchanges, customers may incur shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy applies exclusively to the clothing section of our website.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email our team at support@sixthaura.in to initiate an exchange. All exchanges are handled via email.

Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are valid if:

  • The product is returned in its original condition with intact packaging.
  • The product has not been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Requests are made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Custom products are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Products that are soiled, used, or damaged during return will not qualify.

Exchange Process:

  1. We will arrange a pickup through trusted logistics partners like Delivery Direct, Ecom Express, or Xpressbees.
  2. Once the product is collected, inspection at our facility takes 7-8 working days.
  3. Upon approval, we issue a discount code within 2 working days, redeemable for a new size or alternative product.

Additional Guidelines:

  • COD Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Re-Exchange: Not eligible for free shipping; a ₹100 charge will apply.
  • Stained Returns: If a returned product is stained, ₹300 per product will be deducted from the discount code.
  • Limited to One Exchange: Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Damages and Delays

  • Damaged Products: If the product is defective (e.g., torn, stitching issues), we will issue store credits for future purchases. No refunds are provided.
  • Unresolved Shipments: If your shipment has no tracking movement or is undelivered, we will escalate the issue. If unresolved within 3 working days, a new shipment will be dispatched.
  • Prepaid Orders Returned to Origin: Contact us to have the shipment resent.

Cancellation Policy

  • For Prepaid Orders: Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, the order will be processed.
  • Product Availability: Cancellations are subject to stock availability.
